This is a semi-custom built offer for anyone who wants to do the program with a cohort or with their organization.

Individuals will work in small groups through the program for 10 months, followed by working through 80 week integration. This is a 3 year program.

 

The breakdown looks like this:

10 months --> individuals work through the 10 modules for themselves with small group support

+

80 weeks --> integrating with a structured 80 week plan with continuous support and custom group meeting options

Please know, this does not have to be an either/or option. This can be done instead of joining the rolling admission to the ongoing TRO program, or after if you feel you want to do deeper work in a smaller community.

Stakeholders will work through the program for 12 weeks followed by working through the program with the organization as a whole being the focus. This is a 2 year program.

12 weeks --> stakeholders work through the 10 modules for themselves with group support

12 weeks --> stakeholders work through the 10 modules with the organization as the focus

80 weeks --> integrating with a structured 80 week plan with continuous support and custom group meeting options
